Returns and Refunds
Cancellations & Return Policy: We understand sometimes things are out of our control.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your orders. Orders may be canceled if they are not being shipped by shipping couriers.
We allow returns based on circumstances. A product is eligible to be returned or replaced if the plant, fish or snails arrive dead. Please email and ask for Return Authorization. Return postage is buyers responsibility. Refund will be given if they arrive in good condition, minus our original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee may apply.
Buyers must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the plant for a replacement or a refund.
