Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on live plants purchase over $50, live fish and live snails do not qualify for the free shipping offer.

Free Shipping will take 2-4 days to arrive.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands customers are not qualified for Free Shipping benefits. Please upgrade to Priority or Express Mail for faster delivery.

Delivery: Most products are shipped by U.S. Postal Service.

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail™ will take 2 to 4 days to reach you. (Most popular and financial efficiency way to ship live plants!)

U.S. Postal Service Express Mail™ (1 - 2 days ): Overnight delivery, which will take 1 - 2 days to reach you.

Products ordered before 8:00 AM ( Pacific Time, PST ) will be shipped the next day, excluding back orders, out-of-stock orders.

To ensure your plants arrive healthy. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. All orders placed after will be shipped the following Monday.

All orders have a minimum of 24 hour processing time.

Delayed Parcels: Sometimes your packages may take longer than normal to arrive with U.S. Postal Service or our chosen mail service. We are legally obliged to wait 15 working days (3 weeks) for a package to be considered as lost. See U.S. Postal Service website for further detail.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage to live plants caused by delay in U.S. Postal Service but if your packages were lost by the courier service, we will issue a replacement by 50/50, which means we pay 50% and the customers pay 50% plus shipping for the replacement orders.

and understood all these terms and conditions.

Pacific Aquatica 12 Hours Live Arrival Guarantee - In a rare case of live plants, live fish or snails may be dead on arrival, we must be notified within 14 hours by the same day of delivery. Pacific Aquatica Live Arrival Guarantee will be void after 12 hours of delivery. All replacements are considered final and we do not replace the replacement.

  • Take a clear photo of any damaged plant, fish or snail in original unopened & sealed packages and send the photo and orders information to our email within 12 hours: support@pacificaquatica.com  

Please keep in mind that we can only guarantee the  plant, fish or snail will arrive to you alive. We don't guarantee you'll be successful growing them or keeping them alive. Many factors may result in failure to grow live plants, fish or snails, we have no control of that outside of our facility.
